Who we are
CannyCaller is a trading name of Daud Bhatti, a sole trader based in the UK. You can contact us at hello@cannycaller.co.uk.
The service
CannyCaller answers calls that you don't pick up, takes the caller's details and what the job is, and passes them to you. It never quotes prices or agrees work on your behalf. If a caller asks, it tells them it's an automated assistant.
The Free 20 Minute Test Drive
The Test Drive is free and there's no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. There's a one-off setup fee of £399, then a monthly plan: Starter £39.99 a month for 75 call minutes, Growth £79.99 a month for 200 call minutes, or Pro £199.99 a month for 600 call minutes. Extra minutes over your plan are charged at cost and capped at £15 (Starter), £30 (Growth) or £75 (Pro) a month.
30 day setup guarantee
If CannyCaller catches fewer than 3 enquiries in your first 30 days after going live, we refund the £399 setup fee in full. An enquiry is a caller who leaves their name, a number to ring back and what the job is. To claim, email us after your first 30 days. The guarantee covers the setup fee, not monthly plan fees.
No contract, cancel any time
Plans run month to month. You can cancel at any time by email, and the service stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the prices you quote and the work you agree to. You tell us the questions you want callers asked, and you check the details before relying on them.
Your customers' data
We handle your callers' details as your data processor under a written data processing agreement. See our privacy notice.
Our liability
We take care to run CannyCaller well, but phone networks and software can fail. We're not liable for lost work or profits caused by a missed or incorrect message. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
If we change these terms or our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
